Raw pu-erh tea
The main color of raw pu-erh tea is green or dark green. Some of them are red and yellow. White of them are Bud.
Ripe pu-erh tea
The main color of ripe pu-erh tea is black or reddish-brown. Some bud are dark golden. It have a strong taste of ottawa heap similar to moldy. The light ferment have a taste like longyan, and the deep ferment have a taste of stuffy wet straw mat.
