Te Ji Pearl Jasmine - Green Tea

Extremely light and delicate green tea, with a lovely smooth, sweet, and subtle orchid taste and aroma. The nutty taste is less pronounced than a Long Jing but does give the tea some body and mouth-feel. The most wonderful characteristic of this tea is the complete absence of harshness, bitterness, or astringency. It is not excessively grassy or vegetal either. The leaves are beautiful.
