Huo Shan Huang - Yellow Tea

Interesting yellow. The aroma is grassy and green tea-like, but the flavor is mild and mellow (more yellow tea-like). The dried leaf is very fresh and substantial, which I believe are basket-fired. Overall, I find the tea sweet, smooth, with some very subtle fruity aftertaste notes, with a mellow full butteriness. A relaxing yellow-a nice change of pace to the greens. Highly recommended!
